There are three types of swans found in the North America: the Mute, Tundra and Trumpeter. The latter, which is found on this pot, is the largest native waterfowl, with a wingspan over 7 feet. Trumpeter swans have strong family bonds, mating for life and caring for their offspring for much longer than many other birds. This stoneware vase is 4 1/2" wide and 7" high.
